NCML’s Baran location warehouse is fully operational. On the inauguration day, a small ritual of puja was hosted at Baran Project Warehouse. The ribbon was cut by Mr Suresh Keshari, Regional Manager, Rajasthan amidst few renowned figures from Spot Markets/Mandis, Clients and NCML staff. The clients showed a good interest in our project and also, commissioned a deposit of approx 100 MT Wheat on the first day (Muhurt) itself.
Mr Anuj Vasdev joined us at NCML (a Fairfax Group company) as the Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO).
A dynamic professional with rich experience of 20+ years across various verticals in Finance, he worked on enhancing Business Profitability, in FP&A, Controlling, Audits & Treasury functions. Mr Anuj has demonstrated track record over the years in Business Partnering roles, Custodianship, Financial aspects to facilitating Strategic & Financial insights for the robust decision making.
He has done successful stints in Finance while leading high-performing teams @ DABUR, PEPSICO and WRIGLEY’s (Mars Inc.) in various leadership roles. His role in these organizations combined strategic & tactical aspects of business deliverables. Prior to joining NCML, he has done a successful Finance Transformation & Business partnering role with Ozone Overseas as their Director Finance & CFO.
Mr. Vasdev is a qualified Chartered Accountant with ICWA (Stage I) and a Graduate in Commerce.

Pankaj Tomar is the Head of Silo Projects of the company. He is responsible for execution and P&L of NCML’s multiple Silo Projects across India and ensuring delivery of projects within time, cost, quality and safety parameters.
Before joining NCML, Pankaj was working with Galfar India (subsidiary of Galfar Engineering and Contracting SAOG, Oman) and was responsible for securing projects and ensuring delivery with expected margins for company’s EPC business. Pankaj has also worked for organisations like PMC(Real estate subsidiary of Jindal Steel and Power Group),ICICI Venture Fund Management Company, D.S. Constructions Limited, Hindustan Construction Co. Limited, United Nation Peace Keeping Mission in Sierra Leone(UNAMSIL) West Africa, Mitsui Marubeni Corporation Limited in the role(s) of Planning and Construction, project management and project execution.

Ravi has diversified and rich experience in the areas of Agri value chain and financial services in the agriculture sector. He has been instrumental in managing Institutional relationships, developing business and operations across states, and managing large size teams. Mr. Maheshwari is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Fairbridge Capital Private Limited Indian Sub -Advisor of the Ultimate Holding Company of the Company and has been an integral part of the Fairbridge team since 2011. Mr. Maheshwari was at KPMG in India and the UK in their audit and accounting advisory practices. Mr. Maheshwari is a recognized accounting expert, with particular strength in translating between Indian GAAP, U.S. GAAP and IFRS accounting standards. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and Bachelor of Commerce & Master of Commerce degrees from the University of Mumbai. Apart from NCML, Mr. Maheshwari serves on the board of directors of many of Fairfax and Fairfax India’s portfolio companies including BIAL, CSB Bank, Seven Islands, and Thomas Cook (India) Limited.
Mrs. Renu Kohli is an economist with long experience in macroeconomic policy and research. She was associated with NCAER as Lead economist at NCAER, and Consultant Professor at G20 Research Program at ICRIER before that. She was at the International Monetary Fund in 2004-2009 and with the Reserve Bank of India from 1984-2005. She regularly advises on macroeconomic and financial sector issues to foreign investors interested in India. She is a DPhil from the University of Sussex. She has several academic distinctions/honors to her credit, including the commonwealth Award in 1992.
Sanjay Gupta is the MD & CEO of the company. His role entails translating NCML strategy by setting clear goals and execution of the annual operating plans for all the businesses of NCML (CMS, AGCON, Market yard, NCML Labs, and 3 PL).
Before joining NCML, Sanjay has worked in leadership roles in organisations such as-JK Agrigenetics, Godrej Agrovet in the agribusiness domain. Sanjay’s experience spreads across functions of market development, sales and marketing, sourcing, commodity trading, operations, and channel management, production management, SCM, distribution, and logistics.
Sanjay has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Agri) from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and has done his B.Sc in Dairy Technology from NDRI, Karnal.
